BIOGRAPHY

Charles Snow holds a BA degree from Brandeis University, an MS degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Telecommunications from University of Maryland (UMUC) and holds a CIO (chief information officer) certificate from the Federal Government.

Additionally, Mr. Snow, a former I/T Non-Profit Board Member and Computer Teacher, is experienced in 3 functional areas of I/T- hardware, networking, management and holds the relative certifications--- A+, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), and CIO. He has a working knowledge of emerging technology services and many years' experience leading professionally diverse teams and accomplishing complex tasks.

Moreover, he is a Political Consultant with over 20 years experience working on 7 Presidential Campaigns, for a US Senator, a Mayor, the Vice-President of the NYC Board of Education, the White House and the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. He has a successful track record in building consensus and employing proven project management methodologies.

Charles has served as a Lead Advanceman for international visits from Heads of State including Queen Elizabeth of England, President Jose Eduardo dos Santos of Angola, the President of Nicaragua and President Nelson Mandela of South Africa.

Mr. Snow was assigned by the DNC to the DC Democratic State Committee as their Field Director and Voter File Manager from 2006 thru 2008. In 2010, he was the DC Organizer for the One Nation Working Together March on Washington and Deputy Campaign Manager for a New Orleans Mayor's race. In 2011 he managed a local Washington, DC campaign and in 2012 consulted on a New Jersey Congressional Campaign. Charles recently worked as a GOTV Consultant, successfully electing a new Prime Minister and Parliament for the country of Bermuda.

Currently, Charles is working diligently creating an online political community.
